Stanley studios have been taking professional photographs for more than 20
years. Specialising in wedding photography, we offer high-quality, artistic
and cost-effective packages to suite any budget. In addition we also offer
in-studio family, child and modelling portraiture. We follow a relaxed,
professional approach to photography that ensures the best images possible.
Albums can be either Traditional, or in the very popular 'coffee-table'

Some questions to ask your potential photographer:
What do they do if it rains? We bring studio lights, and also offer a
no-cost post-wedding shoot in our studio.
Do they carry back-up equipment? We always carry spare cameras and equipment
in the event of a malfunction.
Have they done a shoot fairly recently at your venue? We stay up-to-date
with the state of the venues' gardens etc, to ensure you get the best
photographs possible.
Do they shoot in JPEG fine or RAW file format? We shoot in RAW to ensure the
highest possible picture quality. JPEG degrades the quality of all images.
Do they use a digital SLR (single lens reflex) camera with interchangeable
lenses? Any other type of camera will give less than acceptable results.
What is the expected delivery time of your completed album? We deliver
within 14 working days of your wedding.
Some suggestions:
Allow sufficient time before the ceremony for your photographer to take
enough photographs. Hair and makeup preparation time can take longer than
anticipated.
Ask one of the bridesmaids to carry a 'mini touch-up' kit, in case of tears
or faces becoming shiny.
Ask your photographer to carry tissues for you. He/she will be with you all
the time.
Feel free to suggest any poses/photographs you would like.
If possible, schedule your wedding so that the main photographs are taken at
about 16h00 in the winter and 17h00 in the summer.
You will have to book a good photographer at least 6 months or more ahead of
time.
